Your free initial consultation with one of our trainers will allow us to gain a clear picture of your previous experiences, successes and failures.

We will gain an understanding of the ways in which your body has previously performed and look for areas of past and current programmes that may have been the "missing link" in achieving your desired goal.

You will be physically tested during this session using tests such as:

  4. BMI (Body Mass Index)
