Biography:

In a career in the fitness industry spanning well over a decade Alan has enjoyed success working with athletes, sports men and women, celebrities as well as business executives, housewives and fitness virgins!

 

In the past Alan has worked in some of the uk's most exclusive health clubs, been a consultant to the NHS on exercise and nutrition for the past 6 years and now runs his own personal training company and exclusive private training studio. Alan's approach is client centered, holistic and completely focused on achieving the clients goals in the required time frame whatever they may be.

 

Alan will guide you through your entire programme including your training inside and outside of the gym, your diet, your lifestyle and a whole manner of support services you may require to ensure that you are in full health and vitality.
