Vibration Training uses the principles of Acceleration Training™ to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions multiple times per second, enhancing overall performance in sessions as short as 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week.

 

Furthermore, these contractions must work in multiple dimensions as the Vibration Training machines actually oscillate in all three planes, exactly as the human body is designed to do. The net result is an incredible improvement in force production, or strength and power.

Q:  How often do I need to workout to see results?

A:  We recommend that you use Vibration Training 3 times per week for optimal results and you should see visible results in as little as 12 sessions.

 

 

Q: Should I do cardiovascular training to complement my Vibration sessions?

A:  For maximum fat loss we recommend that you supplement your Vibration Training sessions with some high intensity cardio activity i.e. circuits, interval training.  For further advice please ask a Core Fitness Personal Trainer about a specialised training package.

 

 

Q:  Are there any Contra-indications to using a Vibration Training?

A:  If you suffer from any of the following conditions you should not use Vibration Training or consult your doctor before commencing use.

 

Pregnancy

Acute thrombosis

Hip and knee replacements

Diabetes

Epilepsy

Wearing a pacemaker

Cardio-vascular disease

Acute hernia, discopathy, spondylolysis

Migraine

Cancer/tumours

Wearing recently fitted i.u coils, metal pins, bolts or plates
