Is personal training right for me?

We absolutely believe that personal training at Core Fitness type is the right fit for anyone, whatever your fitness level. The structure of the sessions mean that you will be encouraged, pushed and most of all supported to achieve your goal (whatever that might be). Core Fitness has clients with all types of goals from fat loss to muscle building, training for sporting events or to look good for a holiday. We pride ourselves on achieving fantastic body transformations, and we believe you can too.

Do your personal training sessions give value for money?

Absolutely! You can achieve your goals in half the time by contacting Core Fitness today. We only ask one thing, turn up to each session committed to giving 100% and we'll take care of the rest. We offer every client full nutritional support, to ensure your goals are achieved in the most effective way.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 1 hour in duration. This gives adequate time to warm up, train hard and effectively, cool down and to work on injury prevention techniques.

Do you offer 1-on-1 personal training and group sessions?

Yes! We offer private 1-on-1 personal training sessions, and small group personal training sessions with a maximum of 4 clients per group.

Are there changing facilities?

Yes there are male & female changing rooms with showers (equipped with complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner) a full towel service, hairdryers, and hair straighteners.

Where is the studio based?

The Core Fitness Personal Training Studio is in Leeds City Centre at Core Fitness, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP
