Everyone has different goals and a different genetic make up meaning that any training and nutrition programme needs to be individualised.  This is what we specialise in, creating individual programmes aimed at achieving fantastic results. The studio is not a traditional gym or personal training studio with multiple trainers and there are no distractions in the studio. So you can concentrate solely on YOUR personal training session. Fat Loss Training
Many fat loss plans are simply ineffective, these are plans that ask clients to spend countless hours on treadmills or stationary bikes. The people that train this way are more than likely never going to achieve the results or physique that they want and end up with a skinny fat body at the very best.
Resistance training done correctly speeds up fat loss, but many people and trainers included do not train effectively and when they do use resistance training they often keep in the high rep low weight range, which is an out dated way to train for fat loss.
Muscle Building
The key to building muscle is utilising the methods of load, time under tension, force of contraction, speed of contraction and fatigue among other more advanced methods. Get these right and you could create that v taper look you crave.
Hybrid Personal Training
Hybrid Personal training is a 'Hybrid' of one on one personal training and online coaching. It brings the best of both worlds into one package. You pick the number of sessions you want to train for at the studio per month and every other session is designed and delivered online to you. Full nutritional support is provided and you have 24/7 accountability from me to ensure you smash your goals.

You’ll be completing the same type of training I deliver with my one on one clients this includes using a variety of protocols, equipment and strategies to enable you to become fitter, stronger, more athletic and to look great. All abilities can work together in the same group I pride myself on creating on-going challenging workouts that fit all fitness levels.
I work individually with every client of mine with their nutrition and how to get the most out the food they eat to ensure excellent goals are met. I do not believe in simply giving out the same plan for everyone as this does not work, everyone is different and everyone reacts differently to different types of foods and food groups.

Patrick assisted me in achieving all my targets and in the process I have completed the Great North Run & Men’s Health Survival Challenge of the Fittest. We periodically review my aims and set new targets accordingly. I’ve been training with Patrick for the past two months. I am getting close to 40 and have found my weight was creeping up slowly – despite being a cardio fan, I was hitting 15 stones and knew something had to change. My goal was to lose a stone, my 42 inch belly and increase my overall strength (I could only do 4 press ups!).

Patrick has a great no-nonsense approach to training, saying it as it is and being practical in his advice, he has created bespoke diet and exercise plans that have kept things interesting and has mixed things up. I really didn’t want a trainer that was superficial and gave feedback for the sake of it.

I’ve dome down to 13.5 stones, 37 inch waist and can do 40 press ups, there is a lot more to do, but I’ve got a plan to keep sustaining the results. Another positive surprise was that my cholesterol has also decreased – from 7.2 to 5.5 mmol/l – the lowest it has ever been, so the nutritional advice has been spot on – increasing my strength, reducing my weight and cholesterol.


I have worked with several personal trainers over the years and would say that Patrick is the by far the best, I was sceptical about how an online personal trainer could work but Patrick has taken the time to understand my goals and devised a detailed programme to enable me to achieve them in a realistic time-frame. With Patrick’s help my general fitness has increased ten fold and enabled me to control my weight and tone up my body in the process.
